    We only support domestic shipping in USA
  • How long will it take for me to receive my items?
    It is about 5-7 business days.(During the epidemic, the logistics timeliness may be delayed. For details, please contact customer service (800) 513-5727)

    We will upload the tracking number to your order once it is shipped.Normally, it will be shipped within 1-3 working days (may be delayed due to the epidemic)

  • What does your FREE SHIPPING include?
    This will include a standard shipment through the preferred carrier to your curbside.
  • Can I upgrade my standard delivery?
    Sorry, we do not support upgrade standard delivery at present, but we still keep searching for better carriers to send our chairs.
  • What is included in the White Glove Delivery?
    We currently do not support White Glove Delivery.
  • What should I do if my order was damaged during shipment?
    You can contact us directly and send us a picture of the damage. Once we have confirmed the damage, we will work out a suitable solution for you.
  • Can I place my order over the phone?
    Yes, you can contact (800) 513-5727 if you have questions.
  • How will I know if my order has been processed?
    Once your order is submitted,paid or shipped you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail about each status.
  • When is payment taken for my order?
    Your payment will be deducted once you pay for it, but it will remain in PayPal till you get the chair. So it is very safe for both of us.
  • I want to cancel my order. What do I do?
    You just need contact us timely before order is shipped,then we can help you cancel it.
  • Refund method and path? How long will it take to receive a refund?
    We will return the refund from the original payment path, and it will be returned within 1-2 working days if there is no dispute.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    No, we do not charge any sales tax imposed on any order unless it is purchased within the state of CA or NJ. This includes orders in which the shipping address is in CA or NJ. Please Note: Some states require that taxpayers fill out a “use tax” return and pay the equivalent of a sales tax in their state. Please consult your state law to determine if you have to pay this tax.
  • Do you offer quantity discounts?
    Yes we can offer some discounts for multiple purchases,just feel free to contact us before order.
  • Do you price match?
    Yes,always we will try to keep our prices as low as possible,and most often you won’t find anything for less. However, if you do find a lower price please contact a representative to see if we can match it. While comparing prices please be sure you include the shipping costs and any taxes. You will often find a lower advertised price which is then marked up with an extreme shipping cost.
  • What is your Return Policy?
    You can return it for quality problem in 30 days if it can not be repaired with accessories.But due to the much expensive postage,we do not accept any return without quality problem.Or you need be in charge of the return postage and pay us $150 as shipping too.Thank you for your understanding!Please keep the original packages if return,or it will not be acceptable!
  • How do I know this purchase will be a secure transaction?
    We are always taking extra precautions to assure our sites are 100% secure.   • Can I purchase a gift certificate for your stores?
    Sometimes we can support it but sometimes not. So please contact us first if necessary.
  • What is involved in the assembly of a massage chair?
    Depending on the model you buy, most massage chairs come in one, two, or three boxes with instructions on how to assemble them. Most can be assembled with one or two adults in less than 30 minutes. Check the assembly instructions prior to buying a chair if you’re concerned about the difficulty of the process. You can also select in-home assembly from companies like Amazon if you prefer to have professional assembly.
  • How much space does a massage chair require?
    In general, a full-feature home massage chair has a similar footprint to a large recliner, but it may require additional clearance to fully recline. Most massage chairs clearly state the dimensions to help you determine their suitability for your designated space.
  • How long do mechanical massage chairs last?
    A high-quality massage chair may last 15 years or more if it’s taken care of and used moderately. Cheaper chairs tend to break down faster, as the quality of the parts is generally inferior. With that said, massage rollers and the mechanical components in home massage chairs have come a long way in the past five years, so they tend to have decent longevity. Some companies also have replacement parts so you can repair your massage chair even after the warranty has lapsed.
